DAY 1
Departure from Athens. First stop at Chalkida (can be omitted) for coffee, a walk along the old bridge. Next stop Delphi, visit at the museum and archaeological site. Afterwards you may relax at the picturesque seaside town of Galaxidi (can be omitted). Next destination is Kalambaka, where it’s scheduled to overnight.
DAY 2
You are free to spend as much time as you wish visiting the monasteries perched on the rocky formations before departing for our next stop, Departure to Volos where you have many choices on spending time learning the city and the local traditions, the city is very well known for the lots small “tsipouro” taverns A short drive to Pilion may be included. Departure to the wider area of Olympos. You can choose to either relax on the welcoming beaches or walk around the traditional little towns with a fantastic view. Departure to Thessaloniki, overnight stay. The second biggest city of Greece offers its visitors a variety of things to do in a warm welcoming manner.
DAY 3
Departure to Edessa, visit the waterfalls (can be omitted). Departure to Kastoria, the mostiving picturesque lake town in Greece, via Nymfaio (Nymfaio can be bypassed). City tour with the typical Macedonian preserved mansions and a tour of the lake, the short round. Departure to Ioannina where it’s scheduled to overnight. The city is offered for a walk on the lake by the old walls and a visit to the island of Ali Pasha.
DAY 4
Return to Athens.
